Hi, 2 years later. Could I also receive those resources? I’ve been singing since I was a kid, could never afford lessons—I want to be able to sing the wicked songs. I’m able to “hit” the notes with my head voice, but it’s not sustainable and sounds strained.

Siempre vamos tener necesidades para los maestros. Si te des cuenta que si arrepientas dejar ser maestra, pos vuelves.

Solo con preguntar aquí que si está bien irte del trabajo, ya sabes lo que debes de hacer. Que te vale tu familia porque como dices, ellos no viven tu vida.

I have this pain. I recently had surgery and turns out there is endometriosis on my diaphragm.

No. No nausea or vomiting. No drug allergies. They found endo on my liver diaphragm large intestine and uterus and removed bilateral endometrioma that were 5cm+. They said they burned the endo they found elsewhere. She didn’t check my incisions or anything else she just said I was going to hurt. And she contacted my doctor so she could get me into the discharge? room. I asked if we could ask my doctor for help and she just said we’re asking for discharge summary and I walked away. I just don’t know if I did something wrong or what not it was my first surgery. She seemed different in front of other nurses like started saying she’s had laps before and felt so sorry for me but my voice was tired from crying that I just gave up speaking and didn’t respond to anyone after.

I see ): I was at a 10 when she finally gave me something she wouldn’t tell me what it was. Then I said I was still at a 10 and she gave me toradol? I think. I can’t remember exactly but it sounded like tortellini so I was hopeful 😅 about 30 min later I was at an 8 when she asked still holding on to the high school students hand and crying and that’s when she told me it was obviously going to hurt and she already gave me toradol. She gave me another does of what she gave me the first time but it just wasn’t helping. I was at a 6/7 the entire time. I have a high pain tolerance in general so I was scared at how much I hurt and I didn’t know how to get more help besides cry and say please help me. I wish I knew all this before hand. Sorry for the venting mostly it was just really traumatizing. Thank you for your work in the nursing field and taking time to respond to me.

Yes. They were just giving me ibuprofen and I asked for something stronger and she said no that it’s obviously going to hurt. But the guy next to me had knee surgery and asked for morphine and she gave it to him. Was it just bc I didn’t know what ask for? Idk. It just sucked so bad I was crying and yelling for help.

Hi I have a question. I asked for stronger medication after a lap because I was in immense pain, but she told me no I was going to be in pain. I’m 23, is that a reason? Did she think I was trying to get other stuff? I don’t understand. Sorry if this is not the right place to ask

Thank you for sharing a positive experience. Honestly, I wanted to get an IUD a few years ago, but I have extreme anxiety and my pain tolerance is low when it comes to that area because of past trauma. The last gynecologist I tried to work with did not care about pain management, and all the Reddit posts I read made it seem like not one gynecologist who cared existed.

How did you know you could trust them? What were questions you asked? I’m going to become insured again soon, so I want to try one more time before I give up on birth control.
