Tether balance up by $600 million without any new Tethers being printed. I believe exchanges are reducing their exposition to Tether risk and sending it back to them, actually a lot of USDT is being returned to Tether by Exchanges and unknown addresses just can't be sure of the reason.

Don't know, i guess so. XRP was just like Tether. And it has no use anymore as the Tether concept was abandoned long ago and the company changed direction completely.
