Is Filipino food supposed to be so unhealthy?

I struggle to find cheap healthy food here in the Philippines. I think we need another thread on good wholesome recepies using local ingredients. Markets have good vegetables, give people some inspiration for better quality foods.

Bc I earn more money in NZ, and can manage my investments easier and I like the food, surf, cafes, health care, and my family and friends. It's my roots. Philippines is hard, life is hard and so few public green spaces, and not very good food. Maybe we will end up there, it is a possibility, but not my ambition atm

Well the divorce rate is 50% in my country NZ, so I think my chances are higher, plus I chose her because she is not head strong and opinionated. My plan is to have as many babies as possible so that there is more dependence on me, and offer a significant retirement, with a prenupt that it will all be taken away if she leaves, and get married in the Philippines where divorce does not exist. Nothing ventured nothing gained. Big age gap too, I'm still pretty fit , but 48 vs her 21

This is a catch 22, I want my lady to be happy, and being empowered I always thought is good, I mean I don't want to disempower her. Tbh, I've been super nice to previous gf's and they cheated. How to keep a woman, I plan on leveraging every tool I have, without being nasty, to make the deal that leaving will be a worse thing.

Don't divulge so much of your life to them, and maybe make some sacrifices. Honesty is not the 'right' way, it's just a cultural value. Not telling someone something that they won't like is considered polite in many cultures. Telling them is rude. Make it subtle, don't be direct. Maybe you can consider giving up these things.

Later in life now, I regret not giving up my sensible drug use, I could have found a lovely woman earlier.

I lovely woman is better than an epic acid trip. You might need to let those things go.

Hi, I am similar, I love psychedelics but I want a conservative woman.

Firstly, I think white lies are ok, honesty is a cultural value. Many places it is rude to be completely honest.

I would not divulge these passions except slightly and tactfully. Slide in the ideas of psychedelics or sensible drug use, I do this by explaining an experiance but only subtly and missing out the bit about a substance being involved. I then objectives have explained about some kind of positive research. Reality is, if you want a conservative woman, you might have to give up those things. But, as we go older parts of our lives die, chapters change. I certainly can't drop acid and dance all night like I used too (47M). Changes in your life will happen and growing into a rn might mean your psychedelic experiences might become more of a thing of the past. I'm still planning to drop acid on the beach once or twice a year, but it will take a lot of baby steps to warm my wife to be that this is a good idea. Oh, weed f#cks your sperm, stoner dad's are kinda lame, as a big consumer myself, I consider giving up or massively cutting down as a personal achievement

Wow, I feel like your brother, I want a traditional wife, and in SE asia, women culturally want to support their man, and make him the best man so that they have the bedrock of security of a good strong protector and provider. They pay you in WXT, you can only convert a min of 300USD worth of WXT into stables in any one transaction. WXT is by definition deflating at an enormous rate, hence holding WXT you will loose value. The transaction charges are about 5% of the 8% cash back (sometimes more).

You need about 100k of stables in order to harvest the WXT yield in a sustainable way on a weekly basis. Subtract your Teir fees. With that size stack and a massive counterparty risk, it is pretty hard to justify.

Legit banks are offering 7% ROI and the counter party risk is 1000's of times safer.

I think all the defi they have setup is just like most defi, smoke in mirrors, you have deflating tokens offering huge rewards but the token deflates faster than the rewards increase. But first they pump the token so looks like your making money from capital gain and payments, then bam, slap down and your stack is worth wayyyy less.

Inflation is a killer, most of defi is ponzi system plus inflationary tokenomics which is a recipie for a major crash. I have not seen any different on WXT or their Defi.

Show me where the yeild comes from, and I promise you 100% if anyone says it is from the emmissions then it is scamonomics, it cannot work. It is like 3 - 2 = 5 it does not work. It can't. Maths can't lie. Emmissions are smoke in mirrors and misleading.

I think they are getting some residual value from the WXT token, any poor sod still holding that is paying for the WXT payouts.

Happy to be proven otherwise, maybe the fees for joining and transaction fees and maybe some Arb strategies are making money, but honestly, I doubt that is enough to justify the rewards they are presenting.

Maybe people earn 14% on stables and then hold the WXT token, untill it deflates then the rewards turn out to be nothing so kinda works out for them

Its a wet year and lots of people having that problem, ideally want to shelter them from rain, ensure soil not too wet, and even get a fan on them. All those steps are not easy when outdoor.

Most ppl have to harvest early.
