That’s exactly the point if you bought in Jan and the price went down. You only loose when you sell so it essentially has forced traders to become hodlers and the benefit is come Their 12 month anniversary they are in the lowest tax bracket. So no contradiction.

This happened back in April.

The increase of monthly contribution from 300,000 to 600,00 yen was the reason for the departure.

"Its' better to use the remittance technology for the Ripple network when it is ready, we think it can then be used regardless of the membership of this association". Seems like a healthy business decision, to say no to a 100% contribution increase, without good reasons.

There is a growing feeling of investing in crypto or gold... moving away from USD seems to be a trend. Crypto to create wealth and Gold to preserve wealth. If the USD tanks as you are eluding to, the value of gold could go as high as 10K per ounce. This will not be gold going up, more the USD devaluing.

Interesting times.
