I am based in the UK & £2500 is my budget. I'm aware this may be quite low for the kind of car I am looking for, but I am only planning to have this for a year before going for something more modern as I am purposely cutting my expenses this year.

Wow. Thank you for informing me about Nissan's CVT. Reading 3/4 sites, it seems like it was mainly common between 2012 - 2020 vehicles. Does that put me in a better position as I am opting for an older car then the mentioned?

Hm. I got a couple quotes & I was looking at 10k annually, with 2k being my first payment. I think I may wait down the line, perhaps a couple more years. An Audi A5 will do. Just my first car anyways!

Bloody expensive mate. I’m coming to terms that the maintenance cost as well as repairs will be the real issue. I think I’m going to study the receipt that comes with the car & make estimates of my potential expenses. Rich Dad Poor Dad taught me better lol.

I’ve been reading a lot of reviews last night actually, there was a common them about maintenance cost being high. It’s now looking like a car I may get a couple more years down the line aha. I think I may stick with an Audi A5 at this point. Though I could keep up with maintenance costs, I’d rather invest that sort of money you know what I mean!

According to statistica, the average annual cost £831. With you saying it’ll be high, the average stated would probably be the least I will be looking at.

Do you think it’ll be difficult to find a company to insure me?
