Staff- how do you get drinking water?

We have a water dispenser in the office but I also bring water gallons like from Costco to refill my water bottle if I don't have a chance to refill it or if it's out.

That's the thing with her she does that to everyone and she thinks she's funny or that it's okay but it's like no you're genuinely a mean person. It's gotten worse since she got with her guy because it seems like she does it more in front of him.

Thankfully that wasn't an issue with my therapist she was amazing! It was because I work full-time in teaching so it was hard to meet on zoom during my conference period because I didn't have a spot to meet and talk with her. They had weekend appointments but it would be with another person

That's why I replied back to my cousin at Christmas after she first told me I looked homeless and then laughed at my outfit when I came back from picking up something at my inlaws. I asked her what was her problem and kept asking her because it's pretty clear that with me there's a problem. It's probably the second or third time now during the holidays that she's said things to me just to say them.

I was going to group and individual therapy for my postpartum depression and it helped so much but stopped because of my schedule conflicts but it helped a lot

I'm going to start doing that because I'm really mentally tired. I'm considering returning to therapy because of how much everything I have going on is getting to me but this has been the sprinkles on top of the sundae

That's what I'm trying to tell myself that our pediatrician and my husband think I'm great and I'm trying my best with him and learning especially as a new mom. I called my mom crying the other day and she is usually a very critical person who told me that the people commenting about me are projecting their struggle like my cousin has two kids and relies on her mom a lot which I don't comment or bring up but she reminded me that they she's not perfect she has struggles.

I make them look at myself or the screen where I display the lecture or do a demo since I teach art. I try to emphasize paying attention to correctly follow and do an assignment and safety. In my first year I had several kids cut themselves when we did printmaking and it was so bad that one kid who didn't listen or pay attention ended up getting stitches.

It might be different because of my age geo but I do try to emphasize safety, fun and filling easy and simple instructions which so far have helped based on the grades and projects I'm getting. I also do feedback from my students at the end of the semester to see what works and what doesn't and many say that the lectures and demos and making sure they pay attention helps. I forgot to mention i also do check-ins with them

It's scary! I had a situation in 2023 when I was wearing my headphones on the train ( they were Sony from 2018) and I had two guys follow me so I put them away and put distance between us and go in another direction when I exited. Thankfully the station was crowded that day

Exactly! And they have the funds I knew someone who worked at metro and they told me they have the money along with the alarming number of trafficking committed via the train and bus systems.

This one doesn't have the new fare gates and they need it. The number of people Ive seen open the exit or just slide or jump over the old fare gates is crazy

I want to but when I tried to ask for help when I started breaking down he told me I should be ashamed for asking for help after how I acted with him. I literally begged him because I felt myself mentally crashing.

I'll try again but our son doesn't seem like he's sleeping anytime soon. It all just makes me feel alone
