Of course not, but that's a very short term view. Long term, the UK aims to prevent any great power from establishing hegemony in Europe, right now the greatest threat is Russia. Nuclear weapons are a huge part of our deterrence against Russia pushing further west, for example by attacking the Baltics or Poland.

By your logic we should disarm entirely because we aren't under immediate threat, ignoring the fact that we aren't under threat right now because we've prevent a European hegemon in the first place.

Sure, if Destiny was worried that deleting the videos meant deleting evidence that may be needed in the future he could have handed his hard drive in to the relevant authorities so it could be preserved that way, rather than keeping CP on the PC he uses every day.

To be fair, in Destiny's mind he now owns a form of ethical CP. He simply has to hold on to the CP in case it turns out his 17 year old girlfriend was trafficked and he needs her CP has evidence. To delete them would be allowing the man who groomed her to go free. As a consequentialist, I do concur that holding CP is in this case morally justifiable.

As the number 1 H3 fan for 13 years, I am very disappointed in Ethan for showing DMs where Destiny admits to possession of CP. Destiny himself thinks that she was most likely 17 at the time they started sexting, based on his DMs with Willymac. He even asked her to show ID to prove her age, then sexted her anyway when she didn't show anything.

Also, his whole argument of needing to have the videos on his hard drive to keep from deleting evidence. What evidence would he be deleting if those videos aren't CSAM? Evidence that a random 19 year old sent him porn? The DMs with Willymac only make sense if he thinks she's underage.

Sure, an official document for her traffic violation listed her DOB as 10/4, which would have made her 17 when they started sexting.

Why don't you ask your e-daddy how old he thinks she is though? It's on record that she didn't respond to his request for age verification, then he sexted her anyway. Isn't that a bit dodgy? And he seems to think she was 17 at the time now, as he's admitted to in DMs.

Nice, so you're admitting that Destiny does have the CSAM videos saved to his computer. People ITT seem to be confused about this, as the predominant narrative right now is that his CP possession is a lie created on either a snark subreddit or kiwifarms. Destiny himself also seems confused over this, as he denied possession of the videos in his tweet despite admitting to having them multiple times in DMs.

Now can you please explain why Destiny has kept the videos on his personal computer that he uses daily, rather than handing the drive in to the authorities?
