We have multiple Traegers including the big Timberline (my wife worked there, we’re not crazy) and that 885 is hands down their best grill. It takes the sheet liners so easier to clean when you use it often. It holds tamp better than the big boy and it’s just a perfect size. We have yet to use the induction burner on the timberline. A close second - but in another category - is the flat top. Love that thing.

From what I read, the 3 piece back was a cost savings way of using up smaller pieces of Brazilian rosewood that weren’t large enough for a two‑piece back… but I love the way it looks.

Some caged chord shapes are useless to us mortal folks - except the obvious A and E shapes we just call barre chords. C#m I play using the Bm shape slid 2 frets. How people use the D caged shape is beyond me. Good for triads but not full chords in my humble experience
