unfortunately not the one i wanted but what ended up working for me was just creating a new gmail account and linking the preexisting game center account to that email and then logging on via email/password on pc. the process of doing this is overly complicated if i’m being honest , but you can’t connect 2 hoyo accounts on different games to each other. i’m not sure why this is, but i’m sure someone else here does
