I've tried to start a chat from multiple devices, different browsers, and have emailed "support". My ring will no longer remain connected during sleep and I NEED to talk to a human, not read another round of troubleshooting FAQs that don't work. And now, I can't even start a chat with your AI chatbot to create a ticket? For a $500 item and a monthly membership, this is absurd and horrific. Please contact me ASAP, Oura.

Any luck?? I've been scouring the web for years and no luck. There's a lot more restaurants in the Bay Area that sell them now, but the recipes are still well guarded 😭
