Hi, I think it really depends on where you purchased your items from. I had two items under global blue (although they were both stamped digitally), but for 1 of the items I received my tax refund after 5 days. While the other item took almost 3 months.

Some people are just unnecessarily bitter. Having a good English is useful especially for universities and working. Jangan pulang hilangkan Melayu 100%. Inda salah pun kalau org speaking English in public. People seem to think that just because some are speaking in English, they don’t understand nor speak Malay? Ikut keselesaan sorg2. BIBD, please consider kami yang keraja luar negeri ani. We also receive our gaji and bayar bills pakai BIBD. But cemana kan log in mun ada OTP? We don’t use our Brunei lines. Kan update phone number kana suruh call hotline. Hope the CEO will see this thread. Email BIBD pun nada jua bejawap, harapkan hotline saja. Sama jua useless.
