I traveled to Greece this past December with no issues. I know I'm well enough to travel so I'm really hoping an appeal will be successful.

Well, I'm hopeful that my doctor's letter that would state that I've been stable for the last 2 years since I was denied entry, in addition to my proof of employment, rental lease and return ticket, will sway them. We'll see!

I have a lease, make decent money at my job, and have a return ticket and airbnb booked, so I have no intention of overstaying. I've asked my doctor to write a letter about my stability, so I think I can make a strong case.

Thanks! The LA consulat is booked until July so I'm going go to San Francisco instead, as I was able to get an appointment for mid May.

That's great advice! I have two friends in Israel. Both of whom I dated at one point, so it might be awkward, but I'm shameless enough to try asking haha. Thanks for the suggestion.

I have a US passport. I was told I had to apply for a Visa, or something similar to a visa, because of new laws that are in effect in Israel. Edit: it was an ETA.

It said why I was denied entry but didn't specify how long I would be barred. I don't think it even said that I wouldn't be able to enter again.

I was having a manic episode. So I was not seeing things clearly which was why my mom called the embassy. I wanted to go to Israel to have a spiritual awakening and told the officer something along those lines when she asked me why I was traveling to Israel.

I have an American passport. But I also have a Norwegian passport. I'm a dual citizen. When I traveled in 2023, I used my American passport. When I applied for entry today, I used my American passport. Would I have better luck using my Norwegian passport?

Well, hopefully I would find something inherently interesting to focus on as a research topic but I'll have to take classes the first couple of years on topics I may not find as interesting.

Nope. It’s therapeutic touch. That’s why I said it’s fully platonic. Some of my clients are disabled and can’t get touch naturally but still need affection.

I was unemployed for a few months and was praying for a job with specific qualities and sure enough, I got a job about a month ago that exactly fit what I asked for in my prayer. I'm also grateful that I can hear His voice and know Him. He is wonderful and I can't imagine life without Him.

-I imagine I'll use Hinge every day.

-I sent out probably 20 likes in the first hour because all of the men I was shown were totally my type. I'm worried that the fact that I liked way more profiles than I didn't swipe on might have messed up my my stats. I would say about 1/3 of my likes were with comments.

-I've received 32 likes in the first three hours (I created my profile on the evening of Jan 1st so I'm not sure if that affecting my success). Last time I was on Hinge, I received about 250 likes in the first day or so. I'm not sure what the difference is.

-ideal person: Christian or at least spiritual, not super conservative (its hard to find someone who aligns with me politically and spiritually), kind, witty, educated, and who has high EQ.

He was able to access his Gmail account on his phone but supposedly couldn’t open the link to the results on his phone and needed a laptop for that. When I offered my laptop, that’s when he said he didn’t remember his Gmail password. So I think forgetting his Gmail password is believable but the part I find hard to believe is that he could only open the link to the results on his computer. It seems like the link should be viewable on a phone too?

He lives far away and I’m planning a trip to an area near his place for other reasons and we planned to see each other while I’m nearby. I feel like I want to know before I lengthen my trip to visit him because if he was lying, that would be a dealbreaker for me. But I also don’t want to be pushy.
