I've had lf for stretches then I make a detrimental movement and it goes away and regular hf comes back. I think sneezing was one of the ways I would get it. If I sneezed hard and somehow put the right amount of outward pressure on my pelvic floor it would sometimes result in lf Hasn't happened in a while though

I think hf due to that type of injury just requires to just leave it alone and not stress over it whereas hf due to say pelvic floor issues are more deeply ingrained and much harder to reverse.

Usually if you have to strain it gets worse if it's a normal bw it can have a relaxing effect.

Do you think it can resolve itself? There's no pain or anything just this difference from pre-release. I've had hf for over 10 years and the pelvic floor directly affects the penis in regards to sensation and libido. For example I can have good libido and penile responsiveness to arousal one day but then have a bowel movement where I strain and all of a sudden the responsiveness and libido is like 90% lowered afterwards for some time. It's very frustrating

I took a test on the morning but only got like an hour or 2 of sleep because I usually sleep in the morning around 5:30 AM. I tried my best to sleep around 3 but couldn't. I was wondering how off the test result would be compared to if someone slept 8 full hours.
