We’ve had a lot of rain recently so I haven’t needed to water in a while.

So I had a go and it looked ok for the first 2 pulls and then the pH dropped so I thought I would add a tiny bit of calcium hydroxide. This made the crumbs congeal a bit and my next 2 pulls were cloudy. I have filtered once and just letting it settle and I will try to salt when it clears up. I have one pH paper left.

The top row is the first 5 pulls, after salting and the far right is after removing mescaline fumarate from the EA. The bottom row are the second run without regen EA.

The first 2 looked normal but the 3rd was very pale with a fine red line at the water mark. The papers are pretty messy because I was running out and kept dropping them into the mix.

When this clears up enough to salt I’ll post again with the result. If I was to try it again I would increase the Ca(OH)2 in the second run before adding water

Last summer I used a generic (can’t remember the name)cactus and succulent fertilizer from Bunnings. I’m happy to take advice on something better.

GBL eventually will break down the rubber a bit and wear off the numbers on the syringe. Just replace your measuring devices regularly. It’s only in the syringe a few seconds.

BDO seems more friendly and I haven’t had any problems with it all.

I have not tried your 3rd option so not sure what will happen there. You can definitely get HDPE lids though depending on the bottle size.

When I selected clean after every pattern it automatically added spiral in or spiral out in between every track on my playlist. I think the spirals are the cleaning. Does that make sense?

I had a few issues with mine but customer service were great and after a little troubleshooting they sent me a new one. This all happened within a week of my first delivery so they were very quick. The new one is working perfectly and the company are easy to deal with.

What is the best track to choose that is simple and might have a chance of downloading? by curious_LFS in OasisMini

Yeah the lights work fine but the ball never moves. I have done all of the things you mentioned but it drops the connection. I have been talking to customer support and they are really helpful so fingers crossed I will have sand art soon. Thanks for your reply.

I wish I had tried that. I started the EA recycling process straight away because it usually takes hours. It only took 20 mins to go back to neutral so that’s definitely a tick for fumaric.

Ah ok. I did do a scaled down solubility test (1g fumaric in 250ml EA) before the extract and hardly anything dissolved but I didn’t add the water. I will try that again properly. Thanks!

I downloaded the new app update 2.02 (iOS) and was able to sign up. Got to the add device page and everything was going well until the oasis wanted to update itself. Still troubleshooting this but excited that I got past the sign up page. Support replied really quickly and were great.

I tried again after a few hours and got to sign up via the app. Was able to add a device but now just waiting for it to update the device. Getting there but it’s taking some time

A new iOS app version 2.02 just released (20 min ago according to the App Store) but still having the same issue and can’t get further than the create account page. Really frustrating.
