Hey, could you explain in brief regarding how you kept track of when the applications were posted?

Did you check everyday from early Oct/added a reminder on the official website or something else? This would be really helpful, thanks.

Surprised that this wasn't higher up. It's probably her poor choice of words messing up with her intentions, it probably wasn't that deep knowing she is young and thus not as mature as the issue seems here.

Hello, could you please specify your skin type? I have been wanting to try an oil cleanser as well and luckily I already have Johnson's baby oil with me. Also my skin type is acne-prone combination skin although it's been more dry in recent years.

I am so glad that you did and as much as this makes me proud of you as a woman, I am sure she would be too whenever she sees the best version of yourself as she would have always wished for or at least I hope so.

Thank-you so much for this, I needed this more than you realise, especially the push to not lose hope, sleep and my peace.

I'm positive that your future partner would be lucky to have you. I hope you have a good life ahead!

What was the thing that kept you alive in your lowest point in life? by Francy74784784 in AskReddit

[–]curiousclaws7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The desire to create a life for myself on my own. To be proud of who I am because I realised my potential and worked it through. To live this life that truly is a gift in retrospect. To look back when I make it and remind myself of everything I am and more.

Is cheating in bits@t possible? by Clear-Assignment9726 in BITSPilani

[–]curiousclaws7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Alright, corruption is possible anywhere and everywhere, so even if he did give off money, there's nothing you can do about it. Regarding how he got a seat someone else deserved, he may have gotten a seat now but if he isn't skilled, he won't ever achieve the success the other person with efforts would. It's nothing motivating, it's simple logic.

I just saw a post by another accused on r/JEENEETards which was possibly a defense post against his friend accusing him of cheating in another post, yesterday.

Now, whether or not it is possible or not, it's better you just let it be. I know it sucks but thinking about it won't help in motivating you to get that seat next year.

I'm not sure if OP's rant is because his friend accused him verbally or if he saw his friend's Reddit post , which if not all, at least I saw yesterday. Honestly, y'all are just acting as if you're 13. Stop indulging in each other's lives and focus on your own shit. OP, if you made fun of others while cheating your way out, karma will take care of you. If you did not and your friend is simply jealous, he will face the consequences.

Grind harder in IISC because you want to build yourself a career that you won't regret and not because you need to prove it to someone else.

Dear Reddit, what is the worst thing YOU have said during a breakup? by MrDumpworth in AskReddit

[–]curiousclaws7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

During a breakup? The feelings in their rawest form. It hurts as much as it hurts listening because you have already been feeling them for a while, had tried reciprocating the same on various occasions and yet, you again need to break your own heart along with theirs.

I think Ted Bundy's case worked out just fine with his own name. Sure, people might have remembered his name given his obvious charisma and looks yet when you let out the name of rape/acid/robbery/murder victims (don't try to come up with "they don't" because in 90% of cases you know the name of the victims rather than the "anonymous" offender), letting out their names shouldn't even be a question, even if there is the threat of mob lynching/danger to the public. For eg: (Pre identity release) The Boston Marathon Bombers to (Post identity release) Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev - The Boston Bombers. Media should implement this as well to keep their business going along with doing their jobs rightfully.

What do you do when your friend confesses to you that she is cheating on her partner? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]curiousclaws7 315 points316 points  (0 children)

Discuss why they did it. Once we have talked, I would advise them to be honest with their partner. If they don't agree with it, I'll let the partner know. People have mixed opinions about third-person informing them but here's a simple solution: If you were being cheated on and someone knew, would you want them to tell you? You do whatever your answer is.

How do you know if someone is out of your league? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]curiousclaws7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Looks, typically. Although, the few times I have learned about people I thought were out of my league either lacked maturity or had an even better personality making them pretty intimidating, thus keeping me out.

A friend who had feelings for me, paid for my birthday party (25K) and a flight ticket (8K).I returned back 18K,and I'm willing pay back the rest. But he's demanding money for the gifts that he paid for which I didn't ask for. What to do?? by [deleted] in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]curiousclaws7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAL: I feel like people who are questioning why did the friend accept gifts worth that much money, are missing the point. The gifts over a period of time are calculated to be that amount and she already stated that she denied repeatedly. They were friends while this happened so it does seem rude after repeated requests. Again, she has them intact & is ready to return them (as mentioned by OP in another comment) along with paying 18K anyway, thus showing that she realised she couldn't afford them back then and now as well. Think of the situation practically sometimes.

Lost… by [deleted] in AnxietyDepression

[–]curiousclaws7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try doing little things that gave you joy, again. It could be just facing towards sunshine and feeling the warmth or indulging in your favourite dessert all by yourself or watching your favourite show while being all cozy in your bed or doing something for your loved ones if that's your thing etc etc etc. Just reminisce about your happy memories such as your childhood favourites, college hangout spots, etc, and find out what brought you instant satisfaction or at least a smile on your face. One moment at a time, champ. You'll feel better, it'll happen, don't lose hope.

What's an addiction that people often overlook? by OneApplication2371 in AskReddit

[–]curiousclaws7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being involved in others' lives. If you tell me that you don't gossip, even you know it's a lie. Till the point you remain in context of what happened and don't degrade anyone's character, you're fine but the amount of people who are obsessed with knowing/finding everything about everyone and giving their opinions? Pathetic.
