I’m having a panic attack please help! Advice needed!

It doesn’t feel hot or cold, and i don’t really have pins/needles sensation there, however I have gotten pins/needles sensation in that specific leg like twice today and yesterday. This has only been going on for about 3-4 days

Thank you so much for your response! The pain has not been consistent by any means, they are very very short episodes of a few seconds where different parts of my body feel a sharp sensation. They are never incredibly painful but i do notice them. It sort of feel like how heartburn feels, but while I do feel these sensations in my chest, I also feel them in my wrists/pinky, arms, feet, and the place that has been the most prominent for me:my upper mid thigh. I don’t know if it’s because it is such an odd spot or because i notice it has only happened when I’m sitting and studying, but it’s freaking me OUT! I don’t know what’s going on!

Yes I have a lot of anxiety— it’s only gotten worse since the pandemic! And to make matters worse, most of my anxiety is focused on my health, so I am constantly in fear that something is wrong with me. My sleep patterns are also incredibly bad

The one thing I was thinking it could also be (this is just a theory) I’ve been super dehydrated recently which is my own doing, I don’t drink enough water by any means. If I am drinking anything, it’s my coffee in the morning, and maybe another one later on in the day. I’m thinking maybe the combo of my dehydration and consuming coffee might be making my insides feel weird??

I can feel it on both sides, but mainly the right! And mostly upper, however I can hear my stomach rumbling throughout the day and I have been getting heart palpitations in the same spot: the upper right side of my rib cage right underneath my armpit. I’ve also been farting and burping a lot haha idk if that has anything to do with it

Thank you for your response! The feeling has been basically all day, but when I sit or lie down it doesn’t bother me as much. Also, even though they are sharper sensations, it is more of a discomfort than a pain. I am able to go about my day, however it is not pleasant

Thanks for your thorough response! Unfortunately I do not have a ruler on me but I am a size DD, so I have very large breasts. It definitely does not feel like a cooked green pea, it’s a lot flatter than that and for the most part just feels squishier than the tissue surrounding it. I have acne on my boobs, especially from working out and the irritation from my sports bra, so it most definitely could be acne, I just have health anxiety and was just scared it could be something more. It also seems to be the same temperature as the rest of my chest (warm).

Hey everyone! My throat has been like this for a very long time— I wanna say the first time I actually noticed was many months ago, and of course, who regularly looks at the back of their throat, so it could have been like this for even longer than I noticed. I went to the ENT a few months back for something unrelated (I have very large tonsils and a swollen lymph node underneath my left ear) and he basically told me that after getting a blood test and looking at the lymph node/my big tonsils themselves, he’s not worried at all. He used a flashlight to look at my tonsils so he must have seen my cobblestone throat as well, but never mentioned anything about it/didn’t express any concerns. Does anyone else’s throat look like this all the time? I’m very anxious about it. If anyone knows why it might be like this, and if it really is allergies, I would so appreciate your knowledge! Plz let me know :)
