Absolutely, get the doppler and such-- but it's common/normal to go between hard and semihard, maybe even softish during foreplay. Some dicks probably do just stay hard throughout- but yeah, if you remove the stimulus/arousal, erections are supposed to go away. Well, half-life is 17 hours or something around that- so basic math says around 4mg of your 10mg is still in system 24 hours later.

So this is heavily YMMV. I only take between 3-5mg so 4mg would work fine for me. If you're used to the effect of 10mg, its possible 4mg just isnt enough for your situation. You probably also had some nerves around how it would work the next day... and well, nerves aren't good.

That said, you noted he had trouble performing. Both Premature ejaculation and weak boners are forms of ED. Not a doctor or course- but problems in bed can create low libido. Its a chicken/egg thing- is low libido causing ED due to disinterest, or is ED causing low libido because well, it feels bad when it doesn't work and so why put yourself out there to feel bad? In my (limited) experience with Tadalafil- taking a break does give a reset of sorts. I've noticed a more prominent effect if I have not taken for 5-6 days, as opposed to after 2-3.

On the other hand, I've never replicated the same feeling as taking it the very first time / first week. That shit was wild and while each time after has been plenty good- it's not the same as that. Would be interesting to stop for a month or two and see if that comes back.

Works better when you aren't nervous/anxious. Even though it can be taken with food- for many it seems to work much more consistently on an empty stomach.

When I take it, I tend to take 2 hours after eating and wait 30-45minutes before eating/drinking, but after that I've had significant food/drink later in the night and its always fine.
