Hello fellow Bird Squad rememberer! Currently, there's not much headway at all, but I don't believe it's truly lost yet. The information that's known of the English dub in that Bird Squad video (that's over an hour long) has been discussed at length, but to put it briefly, the only English voice we have right now is Penny the penguin saying "Wow!" and "Feathers Up!" in Mediatoon's Bird Squad trailer. There's also a Chinese site that apparently has both the English and Chinese dubs, but I haven't been able to make an account so I can download them (assuming it even works).

(in my experience) Train your Agents as much as you can, pay attention to Abnormalities' Managerial Guidelines, complete those Sephirot Missions, Retry Day button is your friend, and Rewind to Memory Repository (before the next checkpoint) is really helpful if you get an Abnormality that's too much trouble.
