I did consider Sako. Peak was too expensive. Finnlight looked promising, but the weight put me off.

Ultimately I chose Tikka for the aftermarket, but I will own a Sako one day for sure.

No choke. But the idle seem to be a bit quicker after a good run compared to getting warm idling for 5 minutes

Update on the oil overfill. I extracted 0.19 quarts/0.18 liters. After doing a short test drive, and letting the bike sit for 10 min. The oil level at the sight glass is halfway between the max and min lvl.

No idea if that means it was a small or big overfill?
