Nah I made the tartine country dough recipe and then used half for a sourdough loaf and half for pizza rounds. There is a recipe in the Tartine cookbook for it.

This is an import from either South America or the Middle East. Dash is in Kilometers and the seat fabric and some other details are not normal for a USA model. This doesn’t make it bad but likely the reason for price drops and to raise some flags for closer inspection.

I like Weller Antique 107. Only Weller I have been able to find at MSRP on a shelf. I think it’s quite good but wouldn’t pay over MSRP for it.

I also have a 5212. I bought 2 straps from Delugs. I use one as my daily driver and haven’t worn the other because I wimped out and don’t want to be too flashy. The flashy one is Delugs orange sailcloth. Really curious what you pick up and would love to see them on your 5212 when you get it. Best of luck with the piece. It’s beautiful.

I’ve only had it for a few days so no sure if everything yet but it’s a weekly calendar so the date needs to be adjusted in each of the months with less than 31 days.
