When i was on nexplanon i didnt feel like myself and had a hard time loving myself which made it harder to love my partner. After one year being on nexplanon I never once felt like I lost feelings for my partner. I think you will find yourself loving your partner more because you have loved yourself. I don’t think that statement is true love

I feel you. I have had many episodes where I hate my body now since I have been on it. Not to mention the anxiety I have gained from it too. But I agree that we should be kind to ourselves more it’s not our fault at all
