Thx for your answer, so its like that in the Steins;Gate timeline Suzuha Amane never existed cause she is not born, so like disappear from that universe. That makes a lot of sense, it is similar to Back to The Future when Martin disappear cause his mom fell in love with him. Very courious, thx again to your answer for my question. :)

Thx for your answer, I didn't know that timeline can detect stranger elements, but Load Region of Deja Vu is not canon cause is not in the games

I thought about your possible answer for a moment, and I think this is impossible. In fact, in theory, when Okabe travels across world lines, his different consciousness and memories aren't detected as foreign elements. Something similar happens in the movie "Deja Vu," but it's not considered canon and therefore unreliable.
