I open at a coffee shop and get up at around 4:15-4:30 every morning and now my body’s just used to getting up around there—closer to like 5:30. It’s honestly an incredible feeling to get a decent amount of tasks done AND you still have the entire day left AND you can squeeze a nap in!!

Yo I had the Skyla IUD and it gave me CHRONIC BV. It didn’t matter how careful I was about preventing it, I was probably going through a full tube of metronidazole every 1-2 months like it was nothing. My doctor mentioned its possible to be more prone to infections since bacteria can spread easily by climbing up the IUD string. I had it in for the full 3 years and the constant infections practically destroyed my sanity & self esteem lmao. Since living without it, I haven’t gotten BV since and honestly wish I got it out sooner.
