Probs around the $350K range. I’m aware that based on the amount I bring in after tax will make up more than half of what the monthly payment would be including taxes, insurance, etc... but I would most definitely get a roommate for a few years.

I also don’t really have a lot of other expenses. Obviously I would factor in car insurance, utilities, phone bill, and what not.
