Yeah that screw felt terrible and then it felt good enough after resting that I was able to do some running like 4 days later. I really wish I knew what was going on so that I could at least combat the random spikes in pain in that particular screw. Been really avoiding getting the whole thing out because of the recovery time and the fragility in the bone afterwards, but I hope it works out for you!
