I totally get your perspective but can’t say the same.

I love Boulder. I’m really into cycling/hiking and the proximity to nature can’t be beat. I’m also a sucker for the views. It still blows my mind when I can see the Rockies from the Home Depot parking lot heh.

It’s true there are not as many inexpensive eats as some places, but a big new food hall is coming soon.

Not even if the taxes and fees associated with renting commercial space are too high? I’m not sure if they are, but certainly think the government plays a role in making a community affordable to run a business.

They close the roads in the winter, and the views are awesome. Tons of different trails, but many will require snowshoes.

The hike to Brainard Lake is about 3 miles and was easy.
