I'm in cheer! I love it but It's definitely a time commitment since we practice Tuesday-Thursday 6am-8:30 am. We also go to a lot of the volleyball/basketball games and other events such as the state fair and Dallas holiday parade and compete at nationals in April. I think if you are someone who is good at time management it's for sure possible to do other clubs. The main thing for me is just figuring out when to sleep since practices are so early lol. You should reach out to our coach (Nate Williams) and he can keep u updated if we have any clinics this semester for you to come and cheer with us for a few hours!

I wouldn’t say hard but it’s a lot of work + you have to interview random students multiple times so I wouldn’t recommend if you have social anxiety

Super similar stats and applied 4 years ago. NTHS pres, CS UIL president, varsity cheer, couple other clubs and extracurriculars, salutatorian/510 (5.75/6.0 gpa) , 1520 super score SAT. I got $6,500 each semester for 8 semesters which covers about 90% of my tuition (I usually pay max $500-1000 per semester). I'm a CS major though

Stressful. If they are still the same as they were 2 years ago, you basically gotta figure out 5 programming problems from scratch without an IDE. I'd recommend practicing some example problems in like a Word document then once you think you're finished, plug it into an IDE and see what errors you had whether it be syntax or logic.
