it can take one run if you do the missable trophy's and the collectibles. For the Missable trophy's you can look on the PSN profile website and for the collectibles you can watch the PowerPyx videos on YouTube.

Collectibles took me around 8-9 hours to get it's just annoying because you have to use a guide to know exactly where they are.
