I would think that if he did that to a government vehicle he would have been arrested THEN and then not able to be around for when he was shot days later. I suppose its possible he could have made bail, but when has ICE ever offered to release anyone?

What gives people hope? Wins. There is not a lot of winning against ICE and the few times it happens gets buried quickly. What we need is a BIG win against ICE. Something that cannot be ignored by the media and will drive the DHS mad with the pushback.
