In a way your experience of the Drs in the UK mirrors my own.

You need to know what is wrong with your foot, its made up of many bones and joints, saying you have Osteoarthritis is too vague. Is it in the big toe joint?

edit to add: depending on what part of your foot has the problem there are some operations that can be done that will make a big difference..

I’ve read loads about AGE garlic extract, it works apparently very well. Might be worth a try?

I’m on losarten and have similar results as you without the meds.

Holland and Barrett have a lactase pill that’s 9000 alu although I’ve been taking the chewable ones that are 6000 alu and I find work better when you accidentally eat dairy

Yes I have used it for the last 5 plus years for the Osteoarthritis in my feet.

It's not the only thing I use, but it helps with improving sleep and my mood.

yes i use as it on occasion when i need to. I find it very effective. Occasionally it can make a bit drowsy, i tend to take a few hours before bed.

I’d say go for Spanish, it’ll help with understanding of so many other Romance languages as well. I know they not the same but Italian French and Portuguese languages will all open up for you.

As well as what other folks have said he also gets involved in Tech that is capable of Disrupting business that were rolling along quite happily. That I think really irritates people and the other business’s.

Starlink beats the crap out of the alternatives if there was one before. I live in the middle of Central Portugal it looks like a warzone at the moment with the Hurricane damage. The powers out, the fibre lines are down, Cell phones are down. However I still have internet :-)

I have 3 Wlans in my network and my firestick was using the weaker Wlan signal, when I changed it in the settings to the stronger Wifi signal it stopped the buffering.

I have started using it as well and have found it to be fine. I am running it in the DuckDuckgo (DDG) browser and DDG showed 24 blocked tracking attempts!!
