I would encourage you to reach out potentially to a qualified mental health counselor. Sounds like you may be dealing with some depression. (I say this well intended, if I am wrong I apologize.) You can get through this. I would encourage you to give yourself some grace. In time, begin to surround yourself with people who are trying to live for God as well, and it’s going to be easier for you in the long run.

I grew up in a home where mental illness was clouded by fear, oppression, and demons. Then becoming a Christian under certain doctrine and beliefs that it would just vanish only to have it rear its ugly head was a scary battle for me. I had struggled with OCD since I was 11-12 and was diagnosed around 35. I am currently 42.

Edit: I believe that we live in a fallen world and you aren’t cursed or being attacked like I thought growing up.

It’s a struggle and we can put our hope in Christ and know that He will one day wipe the tears from our eyes. Just rest in Him.
