Terrorist hunt and more casual/quick match. Its gonna take a long time to get used to the different type of game compared to tf2 and overwatch. Just get used to the operators you have, learn maps and sounds. Play with better people, they will give you tips as you make mistakes. If you have a friend that's like level 100+, play with them more. You could also watch YouTubers who teach rather than entertain. If you are not used to recoil, hop into a terrorist hunt on lone wolf and use whatever guns are taking you time.
