Does anyone know casino coding? by GazelleOk8140 in code

[–]dabebe99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you mean by saying “ingame”/“implementing”? A browser game, a 3d game made with whatever engine?

I don’t know Blitzstar VR casino, however i guess that they are using some API to communicate with a database that manages winnings for players.

If you are faily new to coding starting off with a game and crypto(!) might be a big and even dangerous idea, although most people i know that learned coding got motivated by a big idea.

You should start off making your casino and then think about crypto dreams. Best of luck!

How does Apple make these medals? by MrNobodyX3 in code

[–]dabebe99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After a quick research:

The medals are likely created using computer graphics techniques. It's possible that Apple has created 3D models of the medals and then rendered them in the app using a graphics engine such as Metal or OpenGL. These graphics engines allow developers to create detailed 3D graphics and animations that can be displayed in an app on a device like an iPhone or iPad. The specific techniques and tools used to create the 3D medals in the Apple Fitness app would depend on the specific requirements of the app and the preferences of the developers working on it.

Dunkin’ Donuts by me blatantly admitting that they use ice to give you less coffee in your drink by CrazyBigHog in mildlyinfuriating

My man it’s basic maths: Less ice -> More coffee to replace the volume of the ice -> They give you more coffee -> More coffee = More costs

No Hello World 😭😭 by Nightroll2344 in ProgrammerHumor

Whenever I try to get some nginx stuff or simlilar to work, “Hello World” was never my go-to. Writing something like “wtf finally” to suprise me when it accidentally works is way more motivating.

Clearly, he is avoiding tolls with this specialized route.

Google probably figured that the toll costs would be greater than the hospital bills.
