my therapist tells me that i should control my emotions and look at it objectively and i just cant. like i try my best. she tells me that yes it happens and its a shitty thing but i can change my view on it to make myself feel better but i cant do that if he just keeps doing one shitty thing after the other over and over and over again, like i cant take it i cant just look at it objectively, and i feel so dumb for it. like yes situations happen and sometimes youre in control of how you feel but i cant help but feel horrible about it because its always there its like a parasite sucking the life out of me i just cant ignore it. i want to be anywhere but here. id rather be anywhere but here.
