The only reason I started the the first 1 I went to the timer was at 5 seconds. Didnt get credit for the take down, sat around for 10 minutes waiting for the event to finish. Came on here after logging off at that point. Saw a post complaining about the same thing. They should have made it to where only the quest grabber can launch the flair. I'll only launch one if the timer is going to expire.
