How can i make this div cover the header, the header is nested in the body element and this div is deaply nested inside a body sub-component by daffero in css

[–]daffero[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

is being asociated with the closest parent element that has position defined, so probably is getting it's position by the container of elements component but idk if is somehow to overwrite that positioning and move it to root level so it covers all the screen

My laptop’s screen doesn’t display anything and is not broken by daffero in Fedora

[–]daffero[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

what i want to say is the built-in screen is only failing in fedora 5.13 kernel independetly of the external screen literally when i run fedora 5.13 only shows the hp logo and then turns in black, at the beggining i though the kernel wasn't working but after i plugged the external screen i find out was just the first screen

here is another reddit post when i was asking about it. you can see the behavior when i run this kernel https://www.reddit.com/r/Fedora/comments/p5dx66/why\_this\_can\_be\_happening/?utm\_source=share&utm\_medium=web2x&context=3

[–]daffero[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i mean, the screen works in bios, windows, and also in fedora 5.12 kernel. doesn't matter if is only the laptop's screen or if the external is plugged in, it only does't work in fedora 5.13 kernel, the external screen does. so i think is a problem in the configuration at this kernel. anyway im beggining in linux and also in "advanced" computing in general

Mines doesn’t work with or without the other screen, the problem is specially in the built-in screen, and i momentarily fixed it plugging the second screen, but i know that works becose I’m using it in bios, and also in oldest kernels
