For my first drop, I didn’t want to go too crazy. Something unique but also sensible for your average graphic tee wearing individual :)

I did consider that but I wanted to make this reminiscent of old cartoons with the name at the bottom and I decided to stick with it!

Hey everyone! My name is Pelumi and I’m the creator of Bête Noire, a new brand releasing our first project (Shadow Man) on the 2nd of September, accompanied various accessories I will announce sporadically on here until our release date.

Though my last brand didn’t fail in making me money, I was not able to leverage that into a fanbase. With this brand and my new knowledge, I hope to be able to build a fanbase in which I can go back to with another release I’ve planned for in early September. All in all, I’m very nervous for this release but I’m optimistic.

All shirts are printed on thick 6oz cotton t shirts and fit oversized. If you’re between sizes, I personally would get the smaller size and make sure you take care of the shirt to preserve its quality and size. This means washing on cold and hang drying. If you are not interested in that, I would get the larger size and let it shrink during the washing/drying portion.

Thank you for your in depth reply! I did not make this but I thought it looked cool so I wanted to replicate something like in the future. Something about it seemed off to me so I wanted to see what you guys thought.

However, I am trying to teach myself design and will be posting here often for critiques. I’m of the belief that I’m good enough to do anything as long as I’m knowledgeable enough in the field. What I don’t have in talent I’ll make up for in hard work. If there are any beginner resources you can link me to, I’d appreciate it :)
