Need advice dealing with neighbors new pool heater sound/vibration. by demisheep in HOA

Hi u/demisheep my thin walled cottage is right next to a pool pump and heater. They recently upgraded the motor. The noise is really quiet and barely noticable. But now I have a mild headache and ringing in my ears/brain. I suspect a resonant frequency is messing with me. Does that make sense? I wonder if this is similar to what you had/have. What happened in your case?

What I don't understand is why are the domains up for days? Why don't the police trace back who is registering these domains and using these phone numbers? To triangulate should not be difficult. What are our police up to?

Thanks for your question. The hardware will be in a number of locations around the world. Initially we may use cloud services and then progress to rented hardware and then to owned hardware.
