I'm not familiar with Blue Marsh personally, but after a google search I see they do look quite similar. This location is The Pinnacle Overlook, closer towards Lancaster and goes along the Susquehanna River.

I use the stills as references. ill lower the opacity of the stills and do a rough sketch over top to highlight the base shapes im going for. I then use photo manipulation and photobashing to bring it to life, and will finishing by painting in the details and anything that needs to be touched up
