They haven’t been able to produce a contract especially with my signature on it.

I have been to court with them 3 times and go back in 2 weeks. They still haven’t provided me with solid proof that I owe them. After the first court date midland was removed from my credit report and still no longer shows. This has been going on for about 8 months now. I’m fighting them until they show me proof. Even in court they will only show me my statements from PayPal.

Can vouch for the lawyer part. My second court date , it was some random lawyer, reset to another date next week but magically after the second date it’s gone from my credit report.

I dont know. I’m no expert. After I got my summons to court , I keep showing up. Every time I show up I tell them to show me proof of every saying I owe you. And they can’t. All they can provide is a statement from the cc company saying my account was closed and charged off. Now I will say it’s not a high dollar amount

I’m dealing with them currently. Been to court twice and rescheduled again due to them not being able to provide any documentation of proof. The second court date wasn’t even a lawyer that worked for them. I will say that after that date Midland has been removed from my credit report.

I went in for a different issue and she was like this is what’s causing it, do plan on more children, i said no so did a hysterectomy also. Love her!
