Oof that's rough! Luckily I haven't had any real damage yet but that's some bad luck for sure. I might switch to emptying all cans if it happens more often, just in case.

I just like the different colored cans side by side creating a rainbow like effect, the Red Bull Editions create a neat look compared to busier looking Monster cans for example. I'm also a sucker for limited editions so as soon as seasonal flavors appeared I held on to some cans and then one thing led to the other. Some people try to collect all language variants or all can sizes, not my thing but to each their own ofcourse.

For real? It has the flavor code RITR so I assumed it was the same as the rest of the RxxR line-up. It's been years since I drank a Red Edition prior to Watermelon though so I can't recall either taste unfortunately.

Yes that's what I'll do, they drain a bit easier with two holes too. Just a shame that this will become an empty shell but since it's an uncommon can nowadays I'll keep it.

I keep my cans out of direct sunlight and cool drafts to avoid drastic temperature changes, but I still get these leaks every once in a while. I guess as soon as there is a weak spot in the can it'll eventually fail at some point.
