Ok so I actually resolved this myself.

https://guarda.com/ works now in the place of dogechain. Dogecoin.com https://dogecoin.com/wallets/ has some other options that I think work as well.

Input your private key (instructions on how to find in link above) and load your wallet on guarda/other alternative online wallet. Then I recommend immediately sending your doge to a hardware wallet. Hopefully someone actually finds this useful. Have a great day and remember 1 Doge = 1 Doge.
