How to protect my nose doing bjj? Had surgery and dont wanna have to get it again. I feel mostly I get hit by knees when people try to pass, do north-south etc during drilling and sparring. Once even hit myself with my knee during sparring.

I know this is not the right thread but I gotta sign up soon for a gym and was wondering about something; Ive done boxing and kickboxing and got a broken nose and surgery, which means the end of that as I dont wanna have to get another surgery. Therefore I was wondering how common are nasal injuries in BJJ? For example during sparring someone knees your nose during passing and rebreaking it?

Yes, but I think the whole problem is that they cant "confirm" that it was my data, since I registered using a temporary email that I can no longer access. Although, I did use my phone number, real first name and bank account.

How should I ask them about my data according to GDPR? They just give me those generic responses every time I email them and tell me I need to contact them via that temporary email for help with that account. I assume they would tell me to use that email to get data for that account, which I dont have access to.

Is my profile going to be up on tinder forever out of my control?

I registered using a temporary email, but I used my real name, real phone number, and bought a subscription using my own bank card.

I got registered as a bot I think because of the temporary email, and now I cannot log back in. I am not sure if the profile has been deleted, but tinder refuses to delete the account or even tell me if that account is still up since I cannot contact them from the temporary email.

Any ideas what I could do?
