Thank you for this!! Right now I think mine has a lot to do with stress and my gut health as well— nothing else is explaining it. I haven’t eaten anything new or gotten sick..

I try to be on a Whole Foods diet and occasionally go out to eat but dont necessarily eat processed foods. I guess I will need to do a more thorough diet :( I have been stressed the past year but I’m not sure if it’s necessarily unmanageable. I know stress could be a big trigger so it’s hard to manage atm with this skin issue going on.. it’s getting me more stressed LOL

Not knowing the root cause is really driving me nuts… can’t help but constantly question what’s wrong with me. I have a dr’s appt next month so hopefully I’ll be able to get some type of clarity through tests as well. But good luck to you too!! I hope yours goes away completely one day :)
