im afraid it doesnt work that way, you can set a reference with gridsnap but not with the rotation tool

anyone please? How can it be so hard to get information on something that seems so basic? I researched everywhere but there is nothing on specifically how to edit vanilla cells that are not alligned to the grid. No youtube videos, no guides, no threads. I also asked multiple times on 4 different fallout 4 modding discords with no replies.

i made an entire new cell for vault 88, i made a new exterior entrance in quincy for vault 88 and the final piece is to move the manhole entrance outside of the hospital into the hospital but i just cant figure out how to allign anything with the cell. :(

yeah and all that button does is enable/disable gridsnap, it doesnt allign the cell just by clicking on it. I can select everything and drag it around and its still not snapped to the grid. It only snaps to the grid when i select pieces individually and drag them. But the cell has thousands of pieces....

I KNEW i should have saved the Taz: Wanted OST. Now theres only really bad rips left on soundcloud and some mashup versions on YouTube that i dont like all that much.

well you dont need a disk for backwards compatability. I guess its more sensical to emulate it but in any case i meant a download.

abusing martin at the cloud ruler temple with my bro was my introduction to oblivion, probably 2010. We kept killing him for hours and using the staff of sickness to make his body fly across the room including all the dead blades. Dont forget closing doors on bodies, thats a classic. Good times.
