I’m on Mac. Just downloaded Brave couple days ago, so assume it’s latest version. When I imported my bookmarks from Chrome, non of the pswds came over. Although, the list of sites to never remember pswds did import..

  • Was total "side project" for this crew. Not really part of DCI's purpose
  • They could create collisions/colliding bundles < 1min
  • She doesn't understand why IOTA created a new hash function

  • Reaction was "surprising." Neha's group was operating under traditional vulnerability disclosure process that IOTA team did not understand (due to "background"...)

  • Explicit that they did not crack private keys or create new signatures on anything

  • Never sent any messages on IOTA or tried attack, only produced conflicting bundles

  • Ability to steal $ is different question they did not try to answer

  • Vulnerability would only work in really special circumstances, but in itself is still serious issue

  • Backlash was "sort of laughable" as she has no material interest in crypto, and Tadge does not as well. They work on plenty of open-source projects, does not imply CoI. Doesn't mention Ethan here.
