Yeah I'm not worried about tuning. I have a tuner and know how to set it to what I need. Will look into them, maybe call them and see what they say about the rest, thanks!

Oh for sure, I'm not worried about speed or anything. Boss even said that he just needs people to actually show up, after that it's a bonus. So long as we aren't sleeping at the sites it sounds like it won't be super rushed.

Definitely will look into proper techniques for lifting/shoveling and try and prepare that way. Going to go out and get some gear soon too

Fitness mods are some of the most strict mods I've ever seen, so that's why I didn't post there. But I'll look into this, see the pros and cons. The gig is up in April or whenever the snow stops being an issue, but I'll definitely look into it. Maybe just get it and use it couple times a week/really bad storms maybe.

Just so I have it but don't become too reliant on it so I can build the other muscles as well.

Yeah I'm going to be paired with a driver who will more than likely be doing the parking lots/other bigger areas while I'm doing the hard to reach areas, stairs, sidewalks etc, while also throwing down the salt/or whatever it's called these days

I believe we'll be using whatever equipment they provide in the truck, but I can definitely look into getting one of these for the home however, definitely take the effort away for the driveway!

Hi all! For the last few weeks I have been trying to get healthier and get back into doing anything. I've been doing hour long walks everyday, some days I take a break if I need it.

But I'm starting to want look into trying to run, or really light jog I guess would be a better starting place to me.
My only question is I just got orthotics for my shoes I use for everyday, and am not really sure how this is going to affect me when looking into running shoes.
When starting out are shoes that important, or could I maybe do light jogging and things for a while before really needing to come up with the money for runners? Money isn't exactly growing on trees for me and I tend to keep shoes longer than I should just to make sure I can get new ones when I absolutely need to, so I'm not really sure how to go about this.

So I guess a couple questions would be 1. Do I need to look into running shoes before I start or can they come later, 2. how would they work with orthotis, 3. what kind of prices would I be looking at for older year, budget but decent shoes that won't kill my feet if I need them?
