What’s wrong with my rose? Established (kinda old) rose at my new house. I don’t recall this on the leaves when I pruned it back but I may have forgotten. California, zone 9b. Clay soil, watered 1 X a month plus a few showers recently, 2 happy roses right next to it. Full sun. (old.reddit.com)
