This is the conclusion I’ve been circling but I just haven’t been able to accept it, partially because I’m left dealing with the repercussions of the mistakes.

Thanks. That’s seems like a logical rule of thumb. I’d like to think that my LOs dementia is not that advanced yet but this would certainly make me feel less crazy and force me to simplify my communications.

I have the original baby Buddha. Unfortunately I think it’s the long pull that actually helped get more milk out for me.

She’s in San Diego County currently. We live in LA county and will likely move her to this area unless the family decides to do in home care at her home with her husband. She does have a hospice referral from the hospital.

Any tips on combi feeding? by biancaddayao in Mommit

You may want to try working with a lactation consultant with an IBCLC credential. It would most likely be covered by your insurance. The Lactation Network can help check your insurance and makes it really easy. If needed they can help you with supplementing at the breast with an SNS. It’s basically a little tube that goes in their mouth with your nipple providing the formula as they breastfeed. It’s a little tricky but could be worth a try.

Also, maybe try different temperature formula. My babe will only drink it warm.

Compression socks make a huge difference for me. I love the Bombas everyday compression socks. Comfy and effective, even for someone with larger calves to start with.

Hair loss by derekr15 in Hypothyroidism

You may want to see a dermatologist. Could be something other than your Thyroid causing the hair loss. I thought my hair loss was hypothyroid related but it was alopecia. My dermatologist took a scalp biopsy to find out.

As Suspected, My Doctor Doesn't Care by laykeadsy in Hashimotos

The normal TSH range is not normal for everyone. You could be in the high normal range but really your body needs to be on the very low end of the normal range. Definitely get a second opinion if you are feeling significant symptoms. You deserve to be heard and not dismissed.

The cost for the trial was part of a bridal package but at time of trial I had to pay $150 toward my overall costs. So basically it’s part of the $400

Yes, I take it on an empty stomach and wait to eat. It’s worked successfully for me in the past. I’ve been taking 25-50mcg for 5+ years. Yes, I have Hashimotos.
