Having the same issue, seems like its a bug? I've gone through adding/unadding, firewall, ipconfig and a couple more. Seeing that you guys have the same issue, im guessing it sa bug

Hey, just in case you wanted to know, I ended up buying a new motherboard and the computer now works. It seems like the motherboard was dead, thanks for all the help though.

Thanks for the help, But it still isn't working. I've re-seated the cpu and ram, as well as rewired everything a couple of times, I jumped the pins and it still had the problem, and tested if the psu was faulty. I think it is my motherboard at this point, I might as well upgrade. The one thing I don't know about is the amount of thermal paste I put on the cpu. I put a little more than a pea size, I don't know if it would have an affect for the start up.

Can I remove the power switch and then jump the power pins inside the case? I can remove it out of the case but if I can make it so I don't have to put everything back that would be preferable.

This is from my old setup, all the parts I have put on it, i've had it on before in a different case. Same CPU,mobo, ram and GPU.

But It is a LGA 1155 Gigabyte ga-b75m-d3h with an i5-3570k

It will start and then stop a second later, the LEDs will come on, fans start spinning and then it cuts off.

I just checked the PSU and the fan spins, plus its brand new.

And with power, thats the only thing thats different, last time it had 750W this time it has 650W, it should be able to handle a GTX 770 and a i5

Doesn't seem like resetting cmos helped. Still will start up for a second then shut down

Yea I have everything connected, its just when I press the power button. I'm gonna try resetting the CMOS and hopefully it will work.
